Where do you find the vintage items in your shop?

The vintage items that are available in the shop come from a variety of sources, locally and worldwide.

What condition are the items in your shop?

All vintage items have been carefully cleaned and steamed prior to sale. 

If there are tough stains, or other flaw, that cannot be removed or resolved, that flaw will appear in the items description and will be pictured so that you will know what to expect. 

Generally speaking, flawed items are not included in the Boutique's inventory. 

Since I can't try anything on before I buy it, how do I know if an item will fit me properly?

Sizing can be a tricky thing, even when you are buying clothing in person.

All items at the Tickety Boutique have been carefully measured so that you know exactly what you are getting and can be assured that there won't be any unpleasant surprises after your item arrives.

How much will it cost to ship my purchase?

If you would like to calculate your shipping prior to confirming your order, you can do so by entering your mailing address into the designated fields during the checkout process. Canada Post offers live shipping rates based on the weight of your items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are happy to ship anywhere in the world.

What forms of payment does the Tickety Boutique accept?

The Tickety Boutique accepts payment from all major credit cards via Paypal/Shopify Payment Solutions.

How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?

All purchases are packed for shipping and delivered to the postal outlet on the same day as purchase, excepting weekend purchased, which are delivered to the postal outlet on Mondays.

Canada Post offers live rates and delivery times during the checkout process. 

Please keep in mind that the time frames quoted during checkout are simply quotes and refer to business days only (Mon-Fri), not weekends (Sat-Sun) or most major holidays. 

If you live outside of Canada, your purchase will likely have to be processed through customs, which could potentially delay your shipment. 

The Tickety Boutique is not liable for lost or damaged items that occur during shipping. 

Please note that the Tickety Boutique DOES NOT ship to P.O. boxes.

What is your return policy?

At this time, the Tickety Boutique does not accept returns on purchases, however, all grievances will be dealt with on a case by case basis. 

If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, you are encouraged to contact Allison (allisonxo@ticketyboutique.com) and every effort will be taken to resolve the situation. 

How do I know that my information is secure?

Shopping at the Tickety Boutique is extremely safe and secure. No credit card information is saved on the website and the only time that your email and/or other information will be utilized is if you need to be directly contacted concerning your order. 

None of your personal information will ever be distributed to third parties. 

Can I place a wholesale order?

Wholesale is not available at this time. 

Does the Tickety Boutique have a brick-and-mortar location?
